Reuben's Brews took a big step away from their long standing main location to open a new tap room in the heart of downtown Seattle. From Ballard to Harbour steps, the 15 year old brewery wanted to show their journey in the form of a mural, illustrating their history and process while celebrating the city itself.

We began by pulling out several landmarks found between each of the breweries locations. An isometric layout soon became the murals style with a hand drawn style using pencil brushes. The final concept was to start with Ballards location in one corner and harbour steps in another with using the breweries equipment and machinery as a skyline.
The final design was decided to be in pencil without colour. This allowed it to be enjoyed as part of the breweries atmosphere without demanding too much attention with its amount of detail.

The team at Andor completed the printing and installation with precision. The mural stretched across a 30ft wall with multiple panels needing to be lined up perfectly.

The design was later reimagined into a 12oz can concept for their flagship beer "Crikey IPA".
